Thank You for the opportunity to comment. My comment has to do with diversity and inclusion at the work locations. I believe all departments should undergo ongoing sensitivity training for all employees. As someone with a disability I experienced the worst kind of insensitive treatment at a worksite and it caused me to resign from the position.The enivironment was not accessible and the last straw was being lefted during a fire drill. I hope that this agency includes more people with disabilities in their hiring pool, as well as train the staff on policies and procedures to help make a new employee with a disability feel welcomed and part of the team.
